The Role
Position Title: Mall Operations & Leasing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known and distinct mall in Motor City. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee all aspects of mall management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers, and contractors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolves complaints and demands of tenants within the legal and contractual obligations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant facilities management and service providers and follow up on quality and execution.Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 40 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 7 years of relevant experience in mall management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related field.About the company
