Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the mall, ensuring all departments (retail, security, facilities, housekeeping, marketing) run efficiently, meet targets and provide a positive customer experience. -

Manage tenant relations, -



Lead, train and motivate mall staff, ensuring high performance, customer service excellence and compliance with health, safety and operational standards. -

Monitor financial performance, control costs and ensure adherence to regulations, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics and operational challenges.
