Mall Manager - Immediate joining



• Overseeing the daily operations of a shopping mall
• Managing staff, inventory, and customer service
• Ensuring financial reports, leases, and important information are understood for decision-making
• Coordinating operations, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, and approving marketing campaigns
• Ensure the mall is maintained in a clean, safe and attractive manner
• Manage mall budget and financial performance
• Maintain positive relationships with mall tenants and community stakeholders
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure smooth mall operations
• Oversee the leasing process and maintain occupancy levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to mall patrons and tenants
• Analyze mall sales and traffic data to make informed business decisions
• Attend and participate in community events to promote the mall

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
• Previous experience in retail or mall management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with property management software
• Young and pro active , ready to take challenge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• mall management: 4 years (Preferred)
