We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Mall Leasing Sales Executive to support leasing operations within our client's retail property. The role involves attracting tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships to drive occupancy and enhance the mall's revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential tenants that align with the mall's business strategy and customer profile.
• Conduct cold calls, attend networking events, and actively market available retail spaces.
• Coordinate and conduct site tours for prospective tenants to showcase available spaces and amenities.
• Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare leasing proposals and follow up on inquiries to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the leasing manager to ensure lease agreements are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor retail and leasing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, or retail property management.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
