We are urgently need a Secretary cum Receptionist for our technical services.
Male only
• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars
• Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Arranging the technician schedule.
Requirements and Skills
• Computer and Technological Skills.
• Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Organisational Skills.

Any Nationality
Language: Can speak, english ,Arabic & Hindi
Bachelor Degree
Computer literate
with UAE experience and technical background
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
