We are seeking an experienced and professional Arabic-speaking receptionist with a background in hotel apartments. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, fluency in Arabic and multiple languages, and experience in front desk operations within a hotel apartment setting. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and providing exceptional service throughout the guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception and Check-in/Check-out:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, including providing necessary information and assisting with room assignments.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Resolve any guest issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reservation Management:
Handle reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries. Ensure accurate booking details and provide guests with relevant information about hotel services and facilities.
Multilingual Support:
Communicate fluently in Arabic and other languages (such as English, etc.) to assist guests of various backgrounds and ensure clear and effective communication.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including answering phone calls, managing room availability, and processing payments.
Check-In Procedures:
Ensure all check-in paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, including collecting identification, payment details, and special requests.
Guest Services:
Provide information about the hotel's facilities, local attractions, restaurants, and services, ensuring guests feel comfortable and welcome throughout their stay.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks, such as updating guest records, maintaining accurate logs, and preparing reports as required.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and management) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Security Protocols:
Adhere to security and safety procedures, ensuring guest and hotel safety at all times.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Arabic
(spoken and written) is essential. Fluency in additional languages (such as English, or others) is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a front desk role within hotel apartments or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel apartment operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest services, and reservation systems.
Proficiency in using front desk software and systems or similar property management systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive guest information discreetly.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
