Job duty/responsibility highlights:
Provide home-based care to patients according to their care plan.
Assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication management, and vital signs monitoring.
Maintain patient records and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Follow infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements
3 yrs of relevant Experience
GNM or BSC Nursing
GCC Experience Preferred
