Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Nurse to join our team at a leading Steel Fabrication Company in the UAE. As a Male Nurse, you will be responsible for providing first aid, emergency care, and health support for our employees in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce while adhering to the highest standards of healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injuries or accidents. Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the overall health status of workers. Administer medications and treatments as required, following company protocols and guidelines. Maintain accurate medical records and reports on employee health conditions and treatments. Work closely with safety and HR teams to ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs to promote overall health. Ensure medical supplies are stocked and available when needed. Provide advice and support on health-related matters to employees, including occupational health issues. Respond to workplace incidents and accidents quickly, providing immediate care and coordinating emergency services when necessary. Conduct regular health and safety training for employees in line with company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid nursing qualification (Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent). Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license to practice in the UAE. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Knowledge of emergency care, first aid, and workplace safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to remain calm and focused during medical emergencies. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
