Male Nurse:
We are a Catering Company and we are looking for a Male Nurse with DOH License with to join our operations in Abu Dhabi.

Salary : 5000 AED to 6000 AED (Depends on experience)

Work Location: Ruwais ( Remoted Area) This job is based at the Site in Al Ruwais which is a Remote Area at the border of Saudi and UAE

Site Nurse, also known as an Occupational Health Nurse, plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of employees within an industrial or manufacturing setting. They provide medical care, support, and education to employees, while also implementing various strategies to prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.

Industrial Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees who sustain injuries or fall ill on the job.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and hazards in the workplace.
• Develop and implement health and safety programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
• Offer health education and training programs to employees on topics such as injury prevention, proper ergonomics, and personal protective equipment.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential health and safety hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• Coordinate employee wellness programs aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being in the workplace.
• Provide guidance and support to injured or ill employees throughout the return-to-work process, including facilitating accommodations and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and specialists to ensure employees receive appropriate medical care and treatment
• Must be HAAD License holder
• B.Sc or M Sc qualified and should be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of work experience working in Labor Camps in the UAE
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Arabic are preferred.
• Those immediately available on sponsored visa/visit visa/tourist visa are highly preferred.
