Proficient in MS office (outlook, word, excel, etc)
With good correspondence
Excellent time management skills
Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls, taking notes and ad-hoc admin duties
Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other colleague as needed.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
Ensure the completion of paperwork, quotations and LPO's
Arrange and schedule meetings of the manager and prepare relevant documents needed.
Respond to routine correspondence follow-up for all correspondence.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
