About Us: Proper Food Company is a vibrant and growing restaurant known for its exceptional cuisine and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

: We are looking for a dedicated Cost Accountant to help us monitor and control costs, manage budgets, and analyze financial data to ensure the financial health of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and menu costings.
• Perform inventory management and control.
• Assist with financial audits and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
