Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Preparation:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other specialty drinks, following company standards.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register, handle payments, and provide accurate change.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the cafe area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized at all times.

Teamwork:

Work effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Barista. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
