Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Retail & Supply industry experience is a must.
• Experience in ERP system.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an Accountant in the trading industry is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Inventory) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct Bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with sales & procure departments to make daily invoices.
• Knowledge about VAT & Corporate Tax system in UAE.
