- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the retail or design industry
- A hunter's mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Adept at lead generation and qualification, identifying high-value opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
