Job Description
Wateredge Technical Services is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maison cum Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain and ensure the smooth functioning of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assist in property upkeep and management.
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, ceiling, and carpentry work.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Help other team members with daily activities.
- Quickly respond to maintenance requests and fix issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, ceiling, and carpentry work.
- Ability to use various tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills.
