JOB PURPOSEExecution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & Controls maintenance and any engineering related works in safe, efficient and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.Key Skills/Experience Required - specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc. needed for the job to tackle Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation with minimum of 2 years Technical experience LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels principles background and knowledge Industrial equipment Troubleshooting hands-on experience & Pneumatics cylinders, valves principles background Electrical & control drawings read & write PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation knowledge Electrical safety standards awareness Maintenance planning & execution system awareness

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES. Completion of preventative and predictive maintenance inspections and electrical and/or mechanical repairs for all equipment within area of responsibility. Execute daily assigned work & manage through emergency breakdowns. Support in root cause and prevention of future downtime events. Work collaboratively with technicians and other departments across the site to reduce downtime, safety and quality risks. Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement. . Effective communication for shift handover, work order feedback, production meetings, and activity coordination between other shifts. Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken. Knowledge of spare parts description, application, and criticality. Above average troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues in a diverse, fast paced environment. Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness.. Daily shift reporting & Shutdown activities report preparation.. Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year.. The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as other tasks by the supervisor/manager and maintain SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates and closure. . Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment with-in given engineering standards.. Maintain and implement Food safety & Quality standards.. Actively participate in Resources Conservation initiatives and activities.. Condition Monitoring tools application tactics execution and action plans closure.. Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhere to. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Electrical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve production processes as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor in coordination with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs. Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability M&R Strategy to achieve World Class maintenance status.. Execute and follow the assigned actions related to PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan). Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques to achieve Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's. Support executing Continuous Improvement CI initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis RCA). Attend the Maintenance forum meetings to share Maintenance Performance, Best Practices, Challenges and achievements Qualifications

. Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, fuses, contacts, relays). Experience with electrical systems (installation, frequency drive, troubleshooting). Experience with schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays). Experience with troubleshooting (e.g., diagnostics, problem solving, etc.). Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification). Have knowledge in operating and automation systems - Servo, Stepper & induction motors - starters, control drives. Malfunctions and technical trouble shooting ability . Knowledge of PLC and control systems strongly preferred. Motivation and Positive Attitude. Flexible in tolerating to changes and accepting new ideas. Can lead modifications and small projects. Able to do mechanical works independently & support. Have Quality and Food Safety - QFS systems and policies knowledge. Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge. Electrical safety standard's accomplishment. . Have good written & verbal communication skills. Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications).. Performs required daily parameters reading and monitoring and as assigned by the supervisor.. Have good command in English language (written & spoken). Work independently under limited supervision (self-management). Drive for Improvement. Maintain housekeeping. Understanding the Automated equipment's operational methodology & principles.
