JOB PURPOSE Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Mechanical, pneumatics controls maintenance & any engineering related works in safe, good, and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.

Key Skills/Experience Required - specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc NEEDED for the job to tackle

Diploma in Mechanical. Gear drives, Pneumatic, Hydraulics system bank valves & Pneumatics cylinders, valves working background Static & Dynamic Equipment Troubleshooting hands on experience Read & Write AutoCAD, PID drawing knowledge Mechanical safety standards awareness Maintenance Planning & execution system. TACKLE through HMI & OIT operation. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Follow the PepsiCo ways. Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness. Daily shift reporting & Shutdown activities report preparation, Housekeeping through 5S methodology. Understanding the Automated equipment's operational methodology & principles. Precious tools & system handling & reporting. Interpretation to earn the Critical Experience. Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year. The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as any tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager. Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement. Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment with-in given engineering standards. Maintain and implement Food Safety & Quality standards. SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates. Identify the RCA of major and reoccurring problems. Actively participate on ReCon activities. ConMon tool application tactics. Online trainings through PepsiCo platforms. Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhering too. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Mechanical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Daily contact with Direct Manager/peers Decision making on utilisation of spare parts. Accomplish PEMM standard's (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology). Qualifications

· Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification) · Have knowledge in operating and automation & Robotic systems. · Malfunctions and technical trouble shooting ability · Follow the inventory SOP & reporting through SAP system, outlook & online MS. · Team player · Flexible in tolerating to changes/challenges and accepting new ideas. · Can lead modifications and small projects · Able to do mechanical works independently & support. · Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge. · Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge. · Have good written communication skills · Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications). · Have good command in English language. · Can support and motivate others. · Analytical thinker. · Maintain housekeeping. · Tools inventory to follow. · Mechanical safety standard's accomplishment. · Understand the EHS, Food Safety, AIB & PeMM audits & standards.
