Job Description

The Role

• Respond promptly to breakdowns at F&B outlets, conducting on-site repairs for kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, and MEP systems. o Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues to minimize operational downtime. o Support routine checks and repairs to ensure all equipment and systems operate efficiently. o Coordinate with outlet managers on maintenance needs, document actions taken, and update records at the head office.

Qualifications: o 35 years old and below o Bachelor's / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field o At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role across F&B outlets/restaurants o Must have knowledge of repairing kitchen appliances and systems o Expertise in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work o Should have valid UAE Driver's License
