What You Will Do: Perform regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM), mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment. Coordinate with production supervisors to safely carry out maintenance repairs of equipment and ensure efficient, cost effective, and timely repairs to production and facility equipment, and return to operations in an acceptable condition. Dismantle, troubleshoot, repair, and install Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic systems. Including Electrical Motors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, gearbox, mechanical seals, actuators, control valves, piping, and fittings. Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems, read schematics, and use electrical testing equipment. Working knowledge on troubleshooting and repair plant instrumentations and loops, Analog 4-20mA Loop-powered / self-powered instruments and 24VDC I/O digital signals. Laise with suppliers and contractors to order Spare parts and outsourcing plant improvements and repair projects and carry out third-party PM job. Work with contractors for safe work permitting, supervision, exercise stop work authority and take full ownership to complete the work safely. Assist with root cause and breakdown analysis and Identify maintenance and energy cost saving opportunities. Accurately manage the spare parts inventory and ensure that critical spare parts are readily available. Ensure all data related to preventative and corrective maintenance activities are correct and documented. Communicate effectively with team members and on any safety observation and improvements opportunity. Comply with all applicable site Safety, Health, Environmental policies and procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
Position Details: Plant location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam, KSA Minimum Qualifications: · High School diploma or equivalent · 5+ years' experience in chemical plant maintenance · Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimals · No immigration sponsorship available for this role · Basic English language, reading and writing. Physical Demands: · Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds · Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam Preferred Qualifications: · Ability to complete training and master skills that are required by position (including but not limited to Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training) · Ability to understand and track safety, quality, and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averages · Mechanical and Electrical aptitude · Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement Systems · Strong attention to detail, good communicator, and a team member · Ability to meet physical requirements of position #li-imea
