Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair of various systems and equipment. This role requires proficiency in multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including split units, package units, and central systems.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, repair of pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
• Experience in electrical systems maintenance, including wiring, circuits, switches, and electrical appliances.
• Competence in carpentry work such as furniture repair, door installation, and basic structural repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification is a plus.
