Candidate Requirements

Male Field of Experience Maintenance including electricity plumbing, and mechanical equipment

Language: English Educational Degree: Diploma in refrigeration cycle, bachelor in mechanical engineering

Driving License: Yes required

1. A/C Repair and Maintenance: o Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, heat pumps, and ductless systems. o Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system performance. o Install, repair, and replace air conditioning units, thermostats, and related components. o Provide advice to clients on energy efficiency improvements and system upgrades.

2. Plumbing Services: o Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heating systems. o Troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and pipe damage. o Perform repairs and replacements on faucets, toilets, showers, drains, and water heaters. o Install and repair water filtration and water softening systems. o Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

3. Electrical Work: o Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting systems, circuit breakers, and panels. o Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues such as power outages, faulty wiring, and malfunctioning equipment. o Perform electrical inspections and ensure safety standards are met. o Install energy-efficient lighting and electrical components as per client specifications. o Collaborate with clients to meet their electrical needs and ensure reliable system performance.

4. Customer Service and Support: o Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication about service options, timelines, and costs. o Advise clients on preventive maintenance and system upgrades. o Maintain accurate service records and documentation. o Offer recommendations for long-term system solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

5. Health and Safety:

o Follow all safety protocols and wear the required protective equipment during service calls. o Adhere to local codes and regulations for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations and repairs. o Ensure the work environment is safe and tidy before leaving a job site.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a technician in A/C repair, plumbing, and electrical work. Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (e.g., EPA certification for A/C, plumbing license, electrical license). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Skills: Experience with energy-efficient systems and technologies. Knowledge of smart home systems and automation in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to handle emergency calls and perform after-hours service.

Working Conditions: Willingness to work in varying environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. May be required to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
