A reputable Hotel and Real Estate company in Sharjah is looking for MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of all types of maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil defense, civil works).

Qualifications:

Ability to manage the building maintenance team effectively and solve maintenance-related issues.

Knowledge in managing accounts for the building maintenance department and allocating expenses to cost centers.

Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of the latest technologies in maintenance and repair.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.

Full job description:

Doing preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and other machines.

Responsible from electrical maintenance and AC service for the building.

Handling maintenance workshop.

Responsible from maintenance tools & maintenance machines (Welding MC, Cutting MC...).

Purchasing spare parts for machines.

Installation of new electrical boxes as well as installing new machines.

Contact workshop for repairing mechanical & electronics things that need to be repaired.

Be in touch with market to be updated with price and quality.

Responsible from maintenance reports such as break down history for all machines.

Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on piping, lighting, or utilities to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.

Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural problems and perform repairs as needed to restore functionality.

Inspections: Perform regular inspections to identify potential problems or areas that need attention. This may include checking for leaks, corrosion, faulty wiring, etc.

Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections and replacement. This documentation helps trace the history of the device and plan for future maintenance.

Maintenance of apartments from water leakage, water heater malfunctions, or replacement of bathroom and kitchen nuts

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
