Maintenance Department supervisor Job Announcement
A reputable real estate company in Sharjah and Dubai is seeking to hire an Electromechanical Engineer for the building maintenance department. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of all types of maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, civil defense, civil works).
Qualifications:
• Ability to manage the building maintenance team effectively and solve maintenance-related issues.
• knowledge in managing accounts for the building maintenance department and allocating expenses to cost centers.
• Experience in receiving projects from contractors.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field.
Required Skills:
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies in maintenance and repair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Required)
