As a Mechatronics Engineer Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diverse production and packaging equipment. Your responsibilities include adhering to cGMP principles, overseeing repair activities, and maintaining software backups for nonsterile equipment. With a strong background in mechatronics, you will contribute to the efficiency and innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to cGMP principles and oversee engineering support and maintenance activities.
• Ensure repair activities align with company policies, exceeding electronics and mechanics maintenance requirements.
• Monitor safety activities within the Engineering Section.
• Maintain software backups (PLC, HMI, etc.) for a comprehensive range of production and packaging equipment.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance for both electrical and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime.
• Overhaul and upgrade machinery when required.
• Uphold Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) and ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Carry out equipment maintenance as per support recommendations and instruction manuals.
• Perform breakdown inspections and implementations in related equipment.
• Generate work completion reports, logbooks, and daily activity reports.
• Check daily notifications and job orders from the SAP Coordinator.
• Coordinate with SAP Coordinator to complete pending notifications and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support and training on new equipment, ensuring timely completion.
• Assist other departments and define specifications related to equipment, components, and systems.
• Ensure spare parts availability and order when reaching the minimum level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or related industries.

Requirements:

• Proficient in PLC/HMI and machines maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Expertise in mechanical and electronic engineering.
• Knowledgeable about electronics, its parts, and operation.
• Strong command of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic processes.
• Familiarity with GED (Good Engineering Documents) and engineering/maintenance documents.
• Proficient in preventive/corrective maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Effective control of critical spare parts inventory.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
• Professional in MS Office applications.
• Positive mindset, effective encouragement skills, and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable about SAP & EQMS Systems.
