Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Create, Maintain and Implement Maintenance Programs and Procedures

+ Supervise and Lead Maintenance process and Operations.

+ Develop a plan and work schedule that will optimize resource Utilization.

+ Monitor and Control Inventory of Maintenance Spare parts.

+ Coordinate Installation and Movement of Production Equipment.

+ Drive and Improve Key Performance Indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, MTTF

+ Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.

+ Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy

+ Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions

+ Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

+ Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level

+ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

+ Minimum 5 years' in Similar Role

Skills and Knowledge:

+ Proven analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

+ Strong organization and time-management skills.

+ Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.

+ Knowledge of MRP/ERP - preferably JDE

+ Good communication skills (oral and written).

+ Knowledge in Microsoft Office

+ Knowledge and Experience in Maintaining CNC Machines

+ Ability to read part manuals, electrical and Mechanical schematics, Instruction and Troubleshooting guides.
