Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor for home maintenance services is responsible for overseeing residential property maintenance, ensuring homes are well-maintained, safe, and functional. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, scheduling repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to provide high-quality home services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of home maintenance personnel, including training, and performance evaluation.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for residential properties, ensuring timely inspections and repairs.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, service requests, inventory, and budget expenditures.

Collaborate with homeowners, property managers, and vendors to address maintenance needs effectively.

Manage contractors and service providers for specialized home repair and renovation projects.

Ensure timely response to emergency maintenance issues and service requests.

Recommend improvements and cost-effective solutions for property upkeep.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in home maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC preferred.

Strong knowledge of home repair, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Time management Coordination Presentable neat & cleanMust have UAE Driving License.

Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

o Comfortable working in various home environments, including attics, basements, and outdoor spaces.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: AED3,400.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
