We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor

with a strong background in

AC maintenance

to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring that all systems are regularly maintained and in working order.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, with a focus on AC systems Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of HVAC and AC systems Troubleshoot and resolve AC system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime Oversee the installation and commissioning of new AC units as required Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and equipment inspections Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials Train and mentor the maintenance team on best practices for AC maintenance and general facility upkeep Coordinate with other departments to schedule and ensure minimal disruption to operations Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, budgets, and resource needs Handle any client requests related to AC or general maintenance services

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning maintenance Experience with general facility maintenance and repair tasks Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to AC systems and general maintenance Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient work completion Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer concerns Previous experience working in the UAE is an advantage

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
