Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate

daily maintenance activities

across multiple sites. Assign tasks and oversee the work of

technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance staff

. Ensure all maintenance work is completed

on time, within budget, and meets quality standards

. Perform regular inspections to

identify and resolve maintenance issues

. Maintain

inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts

, ensuring timely procurement. Work closely with

clients, contractors, and internal teams

to ensure smooth project execution. Implement

preventive maintenance programs

to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with

health and safety regulations and company policies

. Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting skill development and efficiency. Generate and maintain

reports on maintenance activities, costs, and work progress

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

in maintenance supervision in

facility management, construction, or technical services

.
?

Education:

Diploma or Degree in

Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering

(preferred but not mandatory).
?

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting

.
?

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple maintenance tasks.
?

Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly assess issues and implement effective solutions.
?

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication in

English

(Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

Driving License:

UAE

valid driving license

is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
