Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
•We are hiring Maintenance Supervisor /FM Supervisor should have UAE experience •
Supervised employees including scheduling ,training and performance monitoring
Daily Complaints logging, follow up and updating the report to clients
Knowledge of assign the workorder, creation, allocation, material management, invoicing and others
Developed business initial deliverables ,monitoring tools, validation test plans and governance to serve needs of internal stakeholders
Controlled costs and optimal spending via restructuring of budgets for labors, capital assets ,inventory purchasing and technology upgraders
Create work schedules and set up training for employees working on AMC contracts
Enhanced customer satisfaction ratings by motivating team members to strengthen quality and increase productivity
Created and implemented maintenance program to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime
Nationality: any
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid)
Driving License: Must have UAE Manual D/L
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai
Age: between 30 - 40 years old
