Job Description

Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

Oversee all orders and projects (Internal or External) and make a help in it if it's needed

Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any equipment or facility issues.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.

Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment.

Develop and manage the maintenance budget to optimize resources and control costs.

Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to support operational needs.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualification:

Ability to live in Dubai (or already lives in)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related role.
Knowledge of most of the maintenance fields

Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, procedures, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bilingual proficiency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
