Job Description
2 Years Experience in Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Driving License (Required)
Vehicle provided by the Company.
Accommodation will be provided by the Company.
• Inspecting and overseeing facilities to resolve problems
• Performing a variety of maintenance activities as needed
• Developing and maintaining a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance when developing job plans
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocating work
• Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians
• Hiring and supervising tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.
• Prepare and follow-up Quotations with the clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
