Supervision and Leadership:o Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians.o Schedule and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff.o Provide training and development to team members.2. Maintenance Operations:o Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.o Perform and oversee repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, andstructural systems.o Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests from tenants andproperty managers.3. Coordination with Contractors:o Liaise with external contractors for specialized repair work.o Obtain quotes, evaluate proposals, and oversee contractor work to ensurequality and adherence to timelines.4. Inventory and Supplies Management:o Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.o Order necessary materials and ensure proper storage and security.5. Budget Management:o Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget.o Monitor and control maintenance expenditures.6. Compliance and Safety:o Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations andsafety standards.o Conduct safety training and enforce safety protocols among staff.7. Documentation and Reporting:o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.o Prepare and submit reports on maintenance operations, costs, and issues.8.
