Job Summary: Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Coordinate installation, maintenance as well as repair work in buildings
Oversee a team of workers and regularly inspect the sites
Prepare maintenance schedules and assign work to the team
Make sure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to a safe system of work
Make sure all maintenance activities are done in a manner that protects the health, safety as well as welfare of the personnel and assets
Support the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
Assist in training the maintenance teams to ensure crew capability as well as development

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess an Engineering background with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Must be a good problem solver
Ability to effectively train the team
Good planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
