Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical services, specifically in gypsum, tile, electrical, and plumbing works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of maintenance projects
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within the agreed timeframe
• Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and report to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in a technical services company
• Strong knowledge of gypsum, tile, electrical, and plumbing works
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
