Experiance

Minimum 5 Years of experience Food Manufacturing Factory in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and workers within the factory.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the maintenance department.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Maintenance Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for all factory machinery and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to avoid interruptions in the production process.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Resource Management:
• Maintain inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide safety training to maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Technical Expertise:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with production and quality control teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance issues, plans, and progress.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
• Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
