Qualification Diploman in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experiance Minimum 5 Years of experience Manufactering Factory in UAE. Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and workers within the factory.
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the maintenance department.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Maintenance Planning and Execution:
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for all factory machinery and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to avoid interruptions in the production process.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Resource Management:
- Maintain inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide safety training to maintenance staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Technical Expertise:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with production and quality control teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance issues, plans, and progress.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
- Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
