We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our tunnel project in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure the longevity and performance of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems within the tunnel, coordinating effectively with various teams to deliver excellence in a challenging, dynamic environment.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Tunnel Project)

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all tunnel systems including mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of tunnel infrastructure and systems.

Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and support to foster a high-performing work environment.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests swiftly and efficiently to ensure safety and operational integrity.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate maintenance solutions within project timelines and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring tools and materials are available as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in maintenance supervision, particularly in tunnel infrastructure or similar EPC projects.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and maintenance best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing conditions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
