Job Title:

Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to:

Manager

About Us:

We are a facility management company operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the last 4 years. We are looking for a maintenance supervisor who can consider this company as his own, is proactive and creative, exceptional technical skills and have passion to take the company to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Managing daily operations. Keeping an eye on any issue in planning.

Making sure the projects and started and finished on time.

Handling customer concerns.

Visiting sites to keep an eye on the progress.

Managing activities of technicians and proactively assign them works.

Is available 24x7 for emergencies and for receiving customer calls.

Working with full heart on daily activities and also contribute to bringing new business.

Other works for the company to be informed later.

Experience:

At least 5 years of previous experience with a Facility management company is a must.

Education:

B-Tech / Diploma, BE / BS (electrical, electronics, mechanical)

Proficiencies:

MS Word & MS Excel

Whatsapp communication

Customer services

Languages:

Proficiency in English

Arabic

Urdu

Timings:

10 hours a day, morning timings, 6 days a week.

Driving License: UAE Driving License is a must
