Job Summary:Maintenance supervisors oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all facilities.Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.

Establish schedules identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly.

Participate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures.

Participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures.

monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Participate in the preparation and administration of the facility maintenance budget.

Order supplies and tools as necessary.

Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.

Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Generate different types of Reports.

In addition to any other duties which the Management may find necessary.

Education and Experience:

Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and building systems.

2-4 years' experience in the related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
