Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for various systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, as well as update maintenance logs and reports.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall facilities operations.
• Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers for specialized repairs and maintenance services as required.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance needs and provide prompt solutions to urgent issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/ Diploma in mechanical or electrical
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in maintenance engineering within a facilities management or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
