- SITE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

- ELECTRICIAN:

Reading blueprints and drawing Installation supporting systems Installation cable trays and conducting and box fixing and all kind of containment. Wire pulling Distribution panel Installation Cable dressing and termination in distribution board All type of LV cable dressing, glanding and termination in SMDB, MDB, Capacitor bank, ATS and generators in LV rooms Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections of electrical equipment Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reading blueprints and drawing Installation supporting systems Cutting, assembling installing pipes and tubes mall kinds (PPR, PVC, HDPE ) Do pressure or gravity test for the drainage and water supply network Installation of external underground pipes and connecting to Manholes Assembling and connecting (water pumps, water heaters, ) and its relevant valves and fittings as per the drawings Installing sanitary fixtures

AC TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries.

MASON JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Maintaining tools and workspaces. Cutting, shaping and dressing materials. Lifting, carrying and placing prepared blocks. Reading and following technical drawings. Training apprentices. Mixing cement and mortar. Restoring old and worn masonry.
