How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The AMEI LI Industrial Direction department aims at guiding and providing support to the sites and entities on Safety, Risks, Reliability, Integrity and Maintenance of the industrial assets. The key role of the team is to define and optimize the strategy while providing tools and methodologies.The Maintenance & Reliability Intern will support and help the Industrials team to - (i) improve CMMS data quality, (ii) enhance their maintenance strategy via deployment of various programs, and (iii) define new KPIs. The intern will have the opportunity to learn from experienced reliability and maintenance professionals across the Africa, Middle East and India region and gather technical insights and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:(1) Data quality review in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - Maximo from IBM):Actively support in the collection of technical data while ensuring meticulous scrutiny of data integrity;Perform accurate data quality analysis to identify any inconsistency or gap with the information on the current system;Propose and fix any missing or inconsistent data that is found in the system to ensure highest data accuracy.(2) Deployment of a standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) program:Actively support with gap analysis between new and established standards to identify any discrepancies between the two versions;Support with the preparation and upload of data files;Act as the primary contact with the system administrator and work closely with the team to respond to any questions or needs linked to the data files.(3) Drive implementation and update of KPI dashboards in Power BI:Conduct a review of the current KPIs in the existing dashboards and actively suggest improvements;Manage the implementation of the new KPIs that are issued as per the companys guidelines and requirement(4) Review, Deployment and Implementation:Assess opportunities and propose a deployment plan for implementation of a calibration module in the CMMS;Review the yearly training schedule and support with development of training documentation.(5) New tool development for water technologies (WT) - provide support for the upgrade of the existing mapping sheets that are used during the multi-year review.Are you a MATCH?Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)Bachelors in Engineering - Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Data Science domainsPrevious internship experience in a similar industry is desirable.Fluent in English.
