Under the guidelines of the Asset Maintenance Planning Supervisor, this position is responsible for coordinating and organizing maintenance activities. The primary role is to ensure that all maintenance tasks are properly scheduled, planned, and executed to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

This is a full-time position based in Tangier, 100% on-site.

Key responsibilities:

Maximize equipment availability and reliability by using planned maintenance techniques effectively

Schedule Maintenance Tasks: create detailed maintenance schedules based on equipment specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and organizational priorities

Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as maintenance technicians and supervisors, operations supervisors, to gather information, plan maintenance activities, and ensure smooth execution of scheduled tasks

Assess the availability of resources, including manpower, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks

Adjust and reorganizes the maintenance schedule accordingly, prioritize tasks based on criticality, safety and operational requirements

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Analyze maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Maximize operational profit margin through systems, tools and processes designed to efficiently manage terminal fleet and assets

Safety

Understand and follow the company's safety system

Ensures that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines

Protect oneself and those around from unsafe acts; actively participate in contributing to zero accidents; report any unsafe acts

Alert to risks and unsafe acts that could result in an accident

Participates in safety walks and HSSE initiatives

Leadership

Contribute to the strategic goals of the company by actively participating in Management Strategy workshops

Follow the company Code of Conduct using Strong business ethics and living the Company Values

Sets priorities to ensure task completion

Functional Excellence

Has a continuous improvement mindset

Follows directions and meets timelines as required

Contributes to the goals of the AM organization

Supports Planning and Support Supervisor in relief or absence

Has good knowledge of the functional area and understands the overall nature of the business

Who are we looking for:

2-3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial machinery environment - marine port terminal preferred

Previous experience with CMMS application (SAP or similar)

You are analytical, with strong planning ability and great interpersonal skills

Fluency in Arabic and advanced English

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
