Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance operative used to work in a reactive environment such as school/residential/ health care. Organise the cleaning and maintenance across the organisation. Must have general handyman skills ( electrician, carpentry, minor repairs) Must be able to maintain all files for safety inspection by authorities. Ordering of cleaning chemicals and maintaining files for same. Creating maintenance checklists and schedules. Checking safety on site of electrical equipment etc. Please send your CV
