Job Role : - Maintenance Manager

Job Location : - Al Ain Mills _ UAE Branches

Key Responsibilities: -

? Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: - Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Ensure all maintenance operations are conducted in a timely manner with minimal disruption to production.

? Preventive Maintenance: Establish and enforce a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

? Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

? Continuous Improvement: _ Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and improve overall plant efficiency.

? Prepare and manage the maintenance budget. Ensure cost-effectiveness by controlling expenses and optimizing the use of resources.

Qualifications : -

? Education: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

? Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

? Technical Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS), strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and familiarity with PLCs and automation systems.
