We are Logistics Co. looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's trucks. We need to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. Maintenance manager should have a solid understanding of maintenance of trucks and trucks systems. They will be well-versed in all maintenance process and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc. The goal is to ensure the company facilities (trucks and trailers) are well-cared for and adequate to support the company's business operations. Responsibilities: 1- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. 2- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues. 3- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of trucks to ensure functionality. 4- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. 5- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff. 6- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. 7- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. 8- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. 9- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities. Requirements and skills 1- Proven experience as maintenance manager. 2- Experience in planning maintenance operations. 3- Solid understanding of trucks maintenance and electrical systems etc. 4- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. 5- Ability to keep track of and report on activity. 6- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities 8- Degree from a vocational BA.
