JOB SUMMARY Manages Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) maintenance operations and personnel within assigned AOR. Manages operations, coordinates department activity with other groups, personnel and internal client; supports operational planning and ensures the availability of skilled personnel and resources as needed to execute required services in an effective, efficient and timely manner. Manages all Fleet Maintenance (Construction Equipment, Light Motor Vehicles, Power Generation) activities via the Equipment Maintenance team to ensure quality, safety, productivity and equipment up time goals are met. Develops ECOD's, monitors expenses, open work orders, and manages warranty claims and reimbursement. Monitors all equipment, vehicle and power generation service dispatching, monthly inventory cycle, and inventory reconciliation. Analyzes work practices to improve repair and service effectiveness. Assists in investigations regarding equipment performance and operator error when accidents or near misses occur. Analyzes reports to determine trends within the Service Departments, develops and implements improvement initiatives. Maintains and promotes good employee relations by consistently applying HR, Safety and Quality practices and ensuring that assigned personnel receive appropriate training and development. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the "General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities" addendum.

Basic Job Requirements Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and seven (7) years to ten (10) years related experience. Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and or major equipment manufacturer certification preferred.
