We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the team supporting our outlets across the UAE. We have a growing portfolio of restaurants and sites and we need someone with experience with F&B. An example of some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the team supporting our outlets across the UAE. We have a growing portfolio of restaurants and sites and we need someone with experience with F&B. An example of some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
- Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff and Operations
- Lead and develop the Maintenance team, ensuring they remain upskilled and motivated
- Coordinate with AMC providers, ensuring their compliance to SLAs
