Job Title: Maintenance Manager (CCTV, Access Control, Physical Security, Electrical Systems)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager with expertise in the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Physical Security systems, and Electrical systems . The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of physical security infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Physical Security systems, and Electrical systems .
• Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
• Supervise maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections and material inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to ELV and electrical systems .
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and high system performance.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance projects.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, logs, and documentation for compliance and audits.
• Implement project management best practices following PMI methodologies to improve maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards .
• Lead efforts in upgrading, optimizing, and modernizing existing systems for improved efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in maintenance and operation of CCTV, Access Control, Physical Security, and ELV systems .
• PMP certification required .
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of ELV and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and maintenance management software .
• Experience in material inspections, site inspections, and adherence to quality and compliance standards .
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, and subcontractors effectively.

Work Environment:

• Office and field-based role with frequent site visits.
• Interaction with clients, government agencies, vendors, and internal teams .
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000\.00 - AED14,000\.00 per month
