SUMMARY OF THE ROLEThe job holder in this position plays a crucial role in leading and managing Maintenance by enhancing its developments based on Jotun\xe2\x80\x99s values and in accordance with local, regional, and corporate objectives and guidelines, to ensure the right equipment reliability, maintain Health & Safety & Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards whilst optimizing maintenance cost.This position reports to the Operations Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.Responsibilities:

• Lead & train the Maintenance team to ensure a competent, engaged, and enabled workforce to meet Jotun\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Manage maintenance systems, plans, spare parts, personnel, and costs.
• Review plant asset operation to minimize downtime and identify improvement opportunities.
• Initiate and oversee continuous improvement activities using the Jotun Operations System.
• Responsible for HSEQ within the area of responsibility.
• Participate in operations management meetings, coordinate activities, and improvement projects.
• Manage projects team so that new technical investments are designed, constructed, and delivered with the correct quality according to Jotun Standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFERWe are looking for a candidate who:

• Has a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in the electrical or instrument engineering field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Maintenance functions in the manufacturing field.
• Fluency in English language as a requirement.
• Experience in project management, Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) drawing, and Lean Six Sigma concepts in maintenance functions (is advantageous).
